This my actual complete video equipment:
- Sony DCR-VX2000E PAL camcorder
- Velbon DV-7000 fluid head tripod
- Velbon tripod bag
- Sony videocam bag
- HAMA Handle for better stabilization, if handheld
- Sony Premium cassettes

As audio equipment I mostly use this combination:
- Sennheiser MKE 300 video microphone
- Black coat to avoid wind noise
- 3,5mm Klinke cable to get stereo sound track out of mono

Or I use this combination (it was expensive!):
- Rode NTG-2 stick microphone
- Rode SM3 video camera mount
- Rode DeadCat against wind noise
- DXA-4 XLR audio adapter

All in all (including both audio combinations) my video equipment cost around 2,100€, this is around 3,320 US $. As soon as I have time, I will shoot some pictures of the video equipment.
